When a tour is reserved at the time of booking, we ensure that we do not double book to provide the best experience for our customers.
If you need to cancel your reservation, a full refund will be issued if done at least 72 hours in advance. However, no refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or for no-shows. Please keep in mind that these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Aruba, and any disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Aruba.
